Western brands will always stick to their roots. We need to stick to ours. It is the truth and we had to push things the way they work. Our insights:

Our body type/performances are starkly different to the western bodies. More than body type, our diet is completely different, our diet is filled with carbs and spices. Can we change that? Maybe not, but we can help them transform by guiding them.

Individuals use web search and youtube extensively to get answers. For example How to build biceps at home or How to lose weight easily or Workout for six-packs etc…
