The brief was to come up with an identity that recognises the two-decade old real estate brand with the family legacy behind the name.

First what we didn’t want to do.

After much study, we realized the identity cannot be of depicting concrete structure. The brand is more than just concrete structures, future is endless. We wanted it to look distinct from competition. It is a serious business. The logo should bring in trust and experience. Playful is big no. It cannot be really abstract hence it should be meaningful and simple.
The Insight

Through research, it was found the brand's core is built on four cores: Integrity, Customer Focus, Innovation and Community responsibility.
